  • Each week was focused on related but separate aspects of health and food. I especially enjoyed the last week's lesson; the teacher took me through actually cooking with recipes she recommended. The recipes were healthy, but also incredibly good. It took away a lot of stereotypes I had on healthy food; to me, healthy food was boring and dull. I learned from this a lot and had fun at the same time, so I believe that other people would enjoy it as well. 5/12/2020 10:03:51 PM
